AXIS D2210-VE Radar

The AXIS D2210-VE Security Radar with a black front is a robust and intelligent radar device designed for continuous 24/7 monitoring in both security and traffic applications. Operating in the 61.0–61.5 GHz frequency range using FMCW radar technology, it offers a reliable 95° horizontal detection field with built-in analytics that accurately detect, classify, and track humans and vehicles in real time. Optimized for both area surveillance and road monitoring, this radar is a powerful complement to video surveillance systems. It enables intelligent event filtering based on distance, supports custom detection zones, and features Radar Autotracking—allowing the radar to follow moving objects and Radar Autotracking for PTZ cameras to automate camera tracking.

Triggering events such as video recording, light activation, or audio alerts is fully supported, making it ideal for proactive deterrence. It includes integrated dynamic LEDs for visible deterrent signaling, enhancing real-time response and situational awareness. With an open API, the D2210-VE offers seamless software integration, while a built-in microSD/SDHC card slot allows for local edge storage. The device supports PoE (IEEE 802.3bt, Type 3 Class 6) or DC input (8–28 V), and also includes 30 W PoE output to power an additional device, as well as 1 input and 1 output port for flexible integration. Engineered for outdoor reliability, it features IP66, IK08, and NEMA 4 ratings for resistance to water, dust, and vandalism. Operating in extreme temperatures from -40°C to 60°C (-40°F to 140°F), the AXIS D2210-VE Radar is ideal for challenging environments where dependable detection and system integration are essential.
