Purchase Terms & Conditions

• All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• All purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Product lead times and shipping delivery times to the customer location are estimates only and cannot be used as a guarantee.
• All product warranties are offered directly from the product manufacturer.
• All products are certified genuine by the manufacturer and are new in the factory sealed original box.
• All orders are shipped Free On Board (FOB) by CanDat Systems from Canada.
• Customer is responsible for shipping insurance. Customer agrees to pay any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, return shipping fees and other border crossing costs.
• All orders require a signature by the customer provided to the shipping company when delivering to the customer location to complete the purchase.
• Customer is responsible for verifying that all products purchased are compatible with the intended customer installation and final usage.
• Shipping costs to any destination are for one shipment only per order. Additional shipping costs may be charged for partial shipment of any order to the customer location.
• Free regular shipping within Canada on website orders. Restrictions apply for heavy weight, remote delivery locations, and oversize items which may require a shipping cost.
• All orders are status pending until manually reviewed by CanDat Systems certified professional staff.
• All credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
